TOS + Commission info

Concerning Adopts:

You are allowed to resell any characters you have gotten from me but not for a higher price unless there have been more things added to them! Such as edits, art, animations, etc.

You are free to change whatever you'd like with the design to any of my adopts! Although, please make sure to make them recognizable still. If you need any confirmation if the changes you added are okay, don't be afraid to ask!

Please make sure to credit me and the art I've provided if the adopt came with it if you are going to use them in any sort of social platform. Do not remove any of my signatures or credits!

First come, first serve to who ever meets the requiremets that may be included in the post! But please do remember that if you win a freebie, do not resell them!! Unless, again, you have included more things for them. They were for free, so unless anything more has been added, you are not allowed to sell them for any sort of currency.

Please make sure to wait for the "bid here" comment on any BTA posts! This way, I can keep track of bidding and so it's easier for users to respond to the highest bidder in the chain. This is also for those who win the adopt to easily delete any comments that were posted.

Please refrain from stealing or tracing any of my adopts, especially selling them if they already belong to someone else now. Do not claim any of my adopts nor art as yours! If you've won an adopt, I can transfer them through any of these methods: Gmail, Th, Discord, Tw, or PM's! Although, Th (Toyhouse) is much prefered as I'm able to keep better track of my adopts on there.

Commissions take up to two days or a month depending on my motivation, so I hope you can bare with me! ;;-I can't do anthros, animals, or creatures, I apologize. But I can do humans with unique features! I just suck at drawing animals, I'm sorry ;;;;-I also suck at fullbodies, but I will do my best in providing one. If you have any images of poses you'd like of your character in, that would be really helpful to reference off on!-I will be providing a sketch of your character and once confirmations are sent that the sketch is okay, please pay half of the price and the rest later once the drawing has been completed! After everything has been paid, there will be no refunds.-Any complex designs will be charged an additional $5 and additional characters, doubled the original price. 3 characters max!-I can only take USD at the moment. Current paying methods are; Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo.
